Harvest happens every morning on the farm. Learn the best ways to harvest and store summer produce and select your favorite veggie toppings for a rustic grilled pizza dinner.



How to Harvest is offered as part of our Cooking from the Garden Series. Join us in the garden for fresh air and fresh food. We’ll begin with a talk on the garden and harvest produce for dinner. Then we’ll take our boots off and move into the kitchen to prepare a simple dinner with the local, seasonal ingredients we just harvested. Menus will vary depending on what looks best in the garden that day. Classes are $65 each or $300 for the series, and include recipes and an apron

 

Online registration is available below. If you prefer to register in person, the Winery Tasting Room is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00AM – 5:00PM.
Class enrollment is limited to 12 people. In order to keep classes small and personal, no groups larger than 4 people can register for a class.
