Our Tasting Room Hours

The Tasting Room is open for the season, Friday - Sunday, 11 AM to 5 PM.   Open 4th of July, 11 AM to 2 PM.  Guests are invited to join us for a wine tasting in which you can taste six wines and receive a logo wine glass for $6.50 plus tax.  No reservations are needed for groups less than 8 people. 

Please remember to bring your photo ID to the Tasting Room (eveyone under 30 will be carded).  The Tasting Room offers regional cheeses and other light fare for purchase to be enjoyed on our patio; please not that there is no picnicking with outside food or beverages on the farm property. 

Our Tasting Room Mission

In a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, we help guests discover how to taste wines and to appreciate Connecticut wines. Our talented staff lead guests through a guided tasting so they can explore for themselves what they like best about wine. The focus of our wine tastings and our tasting room experience is education.

Group Tastings

Jones Winery Tasting Room is able to accommodate large groups interested in partaking in our educational wine tastings. For groups of 8-50 guests, including guests in limos and buses, a reservation in advance is required. For more information, please visit our Group Tastings section.  We do not host weddings, birthday parties or other private functions at the farm or winery.

Special Events

Friday Evening Wine Downs: Periodically scheduled Friday evening gatherings to enjoy a selection of seasonal food dishes and Northeastern cheeses paired with four selected Jones Wines. Learn about wine pairing from a Jones expert as well as what’s locally available from the farmer. Classes held in the Tasting Room, 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Reservations and prepayment required. $40/person with limited seating. Please register in the Tasting Room, Fri- Sun 11am-5pm.
