Be Good to the Land and the Land will be Good to You

Be good to the land and the land will be good to you. These are the words of our family's founding farmer, Philip James Jones. His words inspire our actions each and every day.

Our mission is to continue our historic tradition of growing outstanding agricultural products with sustainable farming methods. We invite guests to experience our genuine family farm hospitality as they purchase the fruits of our labor.

We are grateful to our guests for supporting our efforts to care for our protected farmlands in perpetuity. We ask all who work these lands and who visit the farm to be good to the land and to be good to each other.

Land Acknowledgment

We recognize and respect the Indigenous peoples, especially the Paugussett, Pequonnock, Schaghticoke and Wappinger nations, who have been living and care for these lands since time immemorial.

As we reflect on our agricultural adventures and experiences, I find it exciting to realize that our many environmental practices work in symbiosis with the positive ecological impacts and the economic success of our farm.

I believe this is a critical message for our nation to embrace.
