Farm & Weather
If for some reason, you cannot pick or visit the farm on your scheduled date and time, you can reschedule your reservation date and time up to 1 hour in advance by going to your confirmation email and clicking on the Order Management Link.
For all other cancellations, refunds, or switching your reservation to a different farm location, there is a $5 office fee if it is done prior to your reservation date; please send an email to farmer@jonesfamilyfarms.com with your Order ID number.
Sorry, there are no refunds for those who do not show for their reservations since your reservation spot was held for you.
Please note, the farm is usually open in the rain (yes, we are farmers!), so if you prefer to not come in the rain, you can reschedule your reservation on your own with the Order Management Link in your confirmation email. If we need to close the farm for severe weather, we will help you reschedule or offer you a full refund.
The farm provides a safe, clean environment, but guests should be aware harvesting can be strenuous and they on their own should take all precautions to have water, sunscreen, and sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
Winery & Weather
We do have a heated and air-conditioned tasting room, though during the summer and fall, most seating is outdoors. We have patio umbrellas and limited covered outdoor seating in our pavilion. If there is a lightning storm, we will not have you enter the area until the storm has passed.
Currently we require reservations only for Mother's Day and special events. For Mother's Day reservations, you can reschedule your reservation date and time up to 1 hour in advance by going to your confirmation email and clicking on the Order Management Link. If you need to cancel, please email us the day before your visit at joneswinery@jonesfamilyfarms.com. We will fully credit your account for a future visit if we are properly notified in advance.
