Highlights for Today and the Season
Bountiful Blueberries
- With the warm weather and recent rains, so many wonderful berries have ripened to perfection! Please come out this week!
Prepicked Berries
- Wednesday, July 14: freshly picked blueberry pints are available at our pumpkin seed Hill Farm at 120 Beardsley Road from 9 AM until 11 AM. Also at ourWinery's Tasting Room, 606 Walnut Tree Hill Road, from 12 pm to 5:30 pm.
- We hope to have pre-picked berries available every day that we are open for harvest-your-own; please check back daily for availability and location.
Harvest Your Own Blueberries
Reservations welcomed to give you more information and potential weather updates. While reservations are not required, please before your visit see below our picking guidelines and pricing information.
Thursday at Pumpkinseed Hill, 120 Beardsley Road
- Enter 8:30 AM to 12 noon, pick until 12:30 PM
Friday
- Enter 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, pick until 5 PM
Saturday
- Enter 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, plus Summerfest!
Sunday
- Enter 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, pick until 1 PM
Monday and Tuesday
- Closed every Monday and Tuesday during Blueberry Season.
Wednesday
- Morning hours TBD
- Pumpkinseed Hill, 120 Beardsley Road
Season Overview
- We look forward to a great season! We plan to pick blueberries every Wednesday through Sunday, weather permitting, through July into early to mid-August. Please note, on Saturday, July 18, will we will be picking 9:30-12:30 plus at our Summerfest from 3 PM till 6:30 PM; please note, tickets are needed for the afternoon of Summerfest.
Picking Guidelines & Jones Containers
To go out of the fields, guests will need Jones picking containers according to these picking guidelines:
- 1 to 2 people max can pick into 1 Jones basket
- 1 to 4 people max can pick into 1 Jones box
- As an add-on to a box or basket, 1 person can pick into a pint
- Children 2 and under are free
- Pricing: 1 basket is $22, 2 baskets is $20 each, 3 baskets is $16.75 each, 4 or more baskets is $14 each; 1 box is $57
- Either prepay online or prepay at the check-in hut before you go out the field.
- Reusing and filling your Jones will earn you cash back.

Additional Information
- For blueberry season, we will have our Berry Ferry rides to take guests to the fields. When we pick at Pumpkinseed Hill, everyone rides the Berry Ferry. At the Valley farm, guest may opt to ride or to walk to the fields.
- Only Jones boxes and baskets that you have paid to fill can be in the field - sorry, no additional Jones containers, green quarts or personal containers can be brought to the fields. Our field staff has helper containers that can be borrowed in the field if needed.
- Bring water, hats, sunscreen, sturdy shoes. Our Market Stand has water, lemonade and simple farm treats.
Rescheduling and Cancelling
You can reschedule reservations up to 2 hours in advance for that same day; the order management link is in your confirmation email. If we have not posted future reservations for you to move your reservation to a new day, please email us at farmer@jonesfamilyfarms.com with your order ID and ask when you would like to come. We cannot guarantee our future hours, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Refunds provided if there is a thunderstorm; we pick in rain so please reschedule your reservation if needed.
