Freezing Blueberries
To freeze, place dry berries in freezer bags or cartons.
When frozen, blueberries will pour freely, like marbles.
Wet berries freeze in a clump. It's best not to wash berries before freezing. If you do wash them, dry them well. You may rinse just before using -if you wish.
Frozen berries stay rich in vitamins and flavor for up to 2 years in your freezer.
Pick plenty and enjoy all year long.
